Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree (S1) all majors.
- At least 2 years of experience in Life Insurance or Financial Company.
- At least 2 years of experience as Sales Person, the candidates with prior experience in leading a sales team is preferred.
- Age around 27-35 years old .
- Placement for the area of Makassar, Pekanbaru, Balikpapan and Denpasar.
- Behavior requirements :
- Deft, honest, responsible, creative, initiative, innovative, attractive, flexible, able to work under pressure, motivator.
- Technical Requirements
- Active in English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Persuasive.
- Strong understanding the basic concept of life insurance.
- Operating knowledge of Power Point.
- Outgoing and sociable.
- Easily adaptable to new environments.
- High commitment.
