1. Walk in Customer (Staff) - Code : WICS
2. Walk in Customer (Assistant Manager) - Code : WICAM
3. Provider Helpdesk (Staff) - Code : PHDS
4. Provider Helpdesk (Assistant Manager/Coordinator) - Code : PHDA
5. Provider Relation (Assistant Manager) - Code : PRAM
6. Service Office Manager (Manager) - Code : SOM

General Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• The Candidates must be from Medical field (Particularly for Provider Position).
• Preferably for the candidates with prior experience in insurance or financial institutions.
• This position will be based in Bandung, Palembang and Denpasar.
• Must have prior experience in managing branch office for Service Office Manager position.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in call center field (WCAM).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing field (PHDA & PRAM).
• Fresh graduate are welcome for staff positions
• Good looking and interpersonal skills.
• Good in English both oral & written.
