PT Astra Honda Motor - AHM is the largest motorcycle manufacturing company in Indonesia, headquartered in Jakarta. AHM is the brand holder of Honda Motorcycle in Indonesia. AHM is  a multinational joint venture between Indonesia's PT Astra International Tbk (Astra Group) and Japan's Honda Motor Co, respectively 50% and 50%. PT Astra Honda Motor was formerly known as PT Federal Motor, which was founded in 1971. The name PT Astra Honda Motor was established in 2001 as a merger results between PT Federal Motor and its subsidiaries. AHM now has 3 motorcycle production lines with installed production capacity of 4.2 million units per year. In May 2014, AHM initiated construction of its 4th Honda Production lines in Karawang West Java with total installed production capacity of 1.1 million units annually and will be fully completed in mid-2014. AHM keeps on growing as totals sales rise 15 percent. AHM was able to sold 4.7 million units of Honda motorcycle in 2013 with market share of 61% of total national motorcycle sales reached 7.7 million units, according to Astra Group Annual Report 2013 as cited by JobsCDC.com.

  • Able to explain the process of manufacturing.
  • Good understanding about engineering drawings.
  • Good understanding about the demands of the quality of each process.
  • Demonstrated good team work.
Production Section Head

Requirements
  • Have passed / final semester undergraduate students (S1), majoring in Mechanical Engineering with GPA 3.00.
  • Maximum age of 27 years old.
  • Good understanding about engineering drawings.
  • Strong motivation to perform improvisation.
Cost Planning Analyst

Requirements
  • Have passed / final semester undergraduate students (S1), majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with GPA 3.00.
  • Maximum age of 27 years old.
  • Able to explain the process of parts manufacturing.
  • Able to plan and control the project.
  • Operating knowledge of MS Office.
Quality Technology Analyst

Requirements
  • Have passed / final semester undergraduate students (S1), majoring in Mechanical Engineering with GPA 3.00.
  • Maximum age of 27 years old.
  • Good understanding about engineering drawings.
  • Strong knowledge about the various methods of testing.
  • Strong motivation to perform improvisation.
  • Able to process analysis well.
PQE Analyst (Product Quality Engineering)

Requirements
  • Have passed / final semester undergraduate students (S1), majoring in Aerotechnics, Materials and metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with GPA 3.00.
  • Maximum age of 27 years old.
  • Strong knowledge about the techniques of measurement, testing and driving motorcycle.
  • Strong knowledge about the techniques of designing fixtures.
  • Strong knowledge about the general specifications, function design and the process of making parts.
IT Analyst

Requirements
  • Have passed / final semester undergraduate students (S1), majoring in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information System with GPA 3.00.
  • Maximum age of 27 years old.
  • Strong knowledge about the basic principles of accounting and financial statements.
  • Strong knowledge about the principles of audit.
  • Strong knowledge about the products of financial institutions
