PT Citilink Indonesia - Citilink is a low cost commercial (LCC) subsidiary company of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, the national airline company of Indonesia. The percentage of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk share ownership toward Citilink is 94.27%. Other 5.73% was owned by PT Aero Wisata. Citilink was first established in 2009 as a business unit of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. PT Citilink Indonesia officially established was established as an
independent company in 2012 after received Air Operation Certificate (AOC) from the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. As of December 2013, Citilink Indonesia operates 30 fleets, comprising 24 Airbus A320-200 fleets, 5 Boeing 737-300 fleets, and 1 Boeing 737-400 fleet.
