gas stations, oil trading and oil transportation services. The Company is a directly-owned subsidiary company of PT Pertamina (Persero), the national oil company of Indonesia. As of December 2013, PT Pertamina (Persero) owns a 99.97% shares in Pertamina Retail. Other 0.03% was owned by PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental (PTK). Headquartered in Jakarta, Pertamina Retail now has 98 fueling stations (SPBU), 31 transportable fueling stations (SPUB-T), and 201 Bright Outlets spread in 8 regional offices across the Country. In 2013, Pertamina Retail succeeded in achieving acceptable and sound growth. According to Pertamina Retail Annual Report 2013 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Pertamina Retail reported total net profit of Rp 55.85 billion in 2013. This reflected an increase of 66.57% over the same period in 2013 amounted to Rp 33.53 billion in 2012.
