PT Saptaindra Sejati - SIS is an Indonesia-based coal mining company with rapid business expansion. The Company running business in the field of coal mining and hauling contractors. HSE Manager (Code : HSEM)
Requirements
- Male, with a maximum age of 40 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from the faculty of Mining Engineering, Public Health, Environment Engineering.
- At least 8 years of experience in mining industry as Health Safety Environment (HSE).
- Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) is preferred
- Excellent oral and written English.
- Operating knowledge of MS office and Internet applications.
- Strong knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007.
- Has the ability to draft HSE strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation.
- Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige.
- Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury).
- Good leadership skill to subordinates.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good health and able to work under pressure with good result
- Willing to be stationed in site project (Tanjung, South Kalimantan)
Requirements
- Male, with a maximum age of 35 years old.
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Civil (GPA: 2,75 ~ up).
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience as General Affair
- Good English skill, at least passive.
- Computer literate, minimum MS Office.
- Physically and mentally fit.
- Willing to be stationed in all over SIS site project.
Requirements
- Male, with a maximum age of 35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in mining industry as Mine Engineer.
- Possess excellent skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail.
- Excellent oral and written English.
- Computer literate.
Requirements

- At least 2 - 3 years of experience as a group leader in open pit coal mining area and related position.
- Have a mechanic experience or background would be an advantage.
- Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ.
- Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) certificated.
- Possess excellent leadership and communication skill.
- Willing to be stationed in all over SIS site project.
Requirements

- At least 2 - 3 years of experience as a Engineer in open pit coal mining area and related position.

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of drilling & blasting.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiar with applications of drill blast design and shot plus software.
- Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling.
- Willing to be stationed in all over SIS site project.
Requirements

- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in the field of training development, recruitment.

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering (GPA: 3.00 ~ up).
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in the field of PDCA.
- Fluent in English (active) and operating knowledge of computer (Microsoft Office).

Requirements
- Male / Female, with a maximum age of 35 years old.
- Minimum Senior High Schoold / Diploma in Accounting / Management (GPA: 2,75 ~ up).
- At least 1 - 5 years of experience as Accounting Officer / Senior Officer.
- Fluent in English (active) and operating knowledge of computer (Microsoft Office).
- Physically and mentally fit.
- Willing to be stationed in Head Office Jakarta or all over SIS site project
Requirements
- Male, with a maximum age of 35 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Statistica, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering from a leading university ( ITB, Undip, UI, UGM, IPB) (GPA: 3 ~ up).
- At least 2 years of experience in mining industry.
- Fluent in English (active) and operating knowledge of computer (Microsoft Office).
- Physically and mentally fit.
- Willing to be stationed in Head Office Jakarta.
