General Requirements for Staff Level

• Male or Female, with a maximum age of 30 years old.
• Minimum education of Diploma Degree (D3).
• Open for fresh graduate, preferably experienced minimum 1 year in the field of finance / financing, such as banking, BPR / BPRS, leasing, financial institutions and credit unions.
  Good understanding and basic knowledge about micro banking business.
• Love a challenge and able to work with the target (CM, UM).
• Attractive appearance, confident, and have good communication skills (CM, UM).

Supervisor Level

1. Micro Cluster Manager (Code : CM)
2. Micro Unit Manager (Code : UM)
3. Cluster Collection Officer (Code : CCO)
4. Cluster Financing Officer (Code : CFO)

General Requirements for Supervisor Level

• Male or Female, with a maximum age of 35 years old (UM, CCO, CFO), and 40 years old (CM).
• Minimum education of a Bachelor's Degree (S1).
• At least 1 year of experience in the same finance in the field of finance / financing, such as banking, BPR / BPRS, leasing, financial institutions and credit unions.
• Open promotion opportunities for applicants with minimum 3 years of experience in the position of Sales / Collection / Analyst (UM, CCO, CFO).
• Open promotion opportunities for applicants with minimum 2 years of experience as Head of Unit (CM)
• Good understanding and knowledge about micro banking business, financing analysis and collateral valuation.
• Strong leadership skill and managerial experience as well as financing decisions (CM, UM).
• Love a challenge and able to work with the target (CM, UM).
• Attractive, confident, and have good communication skills (CM, UM).

General Requirements for all position level

1. Have a wide networking.
2. Proficient in computer literacy and operating knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Able to work in a team.
4. Have personal vehicle (motor cycle) and driving license (SIM C).Do not have a family relationship with the employees and Directors of Bank Muamalat Indonesia.
5. Willing to be placed in the operational area at BSD, Veterans Bintaro, Sentra Menteng, Cimone and Karawaci.
