- Minimum education of a Bachelor's Degree (S1).
- Minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Not older than 23 years (for fresh graduate) or 25 years (for candidates with minimum 2 years of experience).
- Not married.
- Do not have a nuclear family that worked in Bank Mandiri.
- Placement area Jakarta Raya (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi).
