- Undergraduate Degree (S1) in any Technical/Engineering discipline from a well-known university.
- Having experience in production process or quality management and working in complex environment.
- Good analytical and logical thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to communication with all levels of people.
- Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision.
- Team player, smart worker, proactive, and highly motivated.
- Good skills in designing and planning experiment.
- Have a good report writing and presentation skills.
- Advantage for candidate who have excellent skill in English language, both verbal and written.
