- Senior High Schoold (SMA).
- Preferably for those who have experience.
- Citizen of the Republic of Indonesia (WNI).
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 from an accredited college (D3/S1) or average transcript value at least 7.00 (SMA/SMK).
- Maximum age of 30 years old (D3/S1) and 25 years old (SMA/SMK) as of 1 March 2015.
- Physically and mentally healthy (as evidenced by the original health certificate from a doctor of the Government), with height and weight proportionate.
- Good character and has never been involved in criminal activity as evidenced by SKCK
