The history of NPPA strated on 2005 when the government of Indonesia establish the second echelon working unit named Pusat Pengembangan Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Publik (PPKPBJ) or the Center for Public Procurement Policy Development. In 2007, the Government o Indonesia establish NPPA based on the Presidential Regulation No 106 of the year 2007. Headquartered in Jakarta, NPPA's head office is registered at SME Tower Lt 8, Jl Gatot Subroto Kav 94 Jakarta. Quality Control / Quality Assurance Aplikasi

Requirements

• Minimum S1 from the Department of Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electro Engineering, or related majors in IT.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Programmer / System Support / System Analyst / Quality Assurance / Quality Control.
• Deep understanding the concept of database applications, software requirements, software design, software development fundamentals, software development process, software debugging, software documentation, and software testing.
• Deep understanding the java/PHP-based web programming languages ​​and other supporting programming language such as html, xml, javascript, css, json, Play Framework, CodeIgniter Framework or Yii Framework.
• Deep understanding the concepts and techniques of interconnection between systems using web services (SOAP / Rest).
• Have good problem solving skill.
• Possess excellent communication skill, high creativity.
• Able to work in a team / individual
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to obey all the rules at the National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP).
