Requirements:
- Male/Female, with minimum age of 35 years old as of April 2015.
- Minimum education of an undergraduate degree (S1) and preferably a Postgraduate or Master Degree (S2) majoring in Financial Management is a must.
- At least 10 years of outstanding experience as Business Development Manager in Construction, EPC, Property or any similar industry.
- Creativity in technical problem solving and business development strategies.
- Highly motivated and able to develop relationships with co-workers, management and clients or owner in construction, EPC, Property or any similar industry.
- Positive team attitude and ability to collaborate with others to incorporate and enhance technical capital outside area of primary expertise.
- High achievement drive, result oriented achieving results through collaboration.
- Presistent, strong initiative and teamwork.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated good communication skills.
- Strong leadership skill and also good team member.
