Requirements
- Male/ Female with maximum age of 30 years old
- Education required
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, Law and Accounting.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) holder in Accounting.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 (S1 Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) and 3.00 (S1 Management, Law and Accounting and D3 Accounting) of 4.00 scale.
- High Level of English proficiency and computer literacy.
- Strong leadership skill, dinamic, and highly motivated.
- Demonstrated good communication skill.
- Willing to be assigned in all site projects of PT Dahana (Persero).
- Willing not to be marry in Management trainee program (9 month).
