PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk - ITP or or widely known as Indocement is one of the largest cement producers in Indonesia. As of December 2013, Indocement installed total production capacity of 18.6 million tons of cement, and 4.4 million cubic meters of ready mix concrete (RMC) through 12 cement plants, 40 batching plants throughout Indonesia. Indocement was founded in 1985 and went public in 1989. Indocement’s shares were listed under ticker code INTP. At present, German based HeidelbergCement Group through Birchwood Omnia Ltd holds 51% shares in Indocement. Other remaining shares was owned by PT Mekar Perkasa (13.03%), and public (35.97%). In terms of financial performance, Indocement succeeded in achieving acceptable and sound growth in the third quarter of 2014 (Q3 2014, ended in 30 September 2014). Indocement managed to increase its total operating revenues by 6.12%, from Rp 13,348 billion in Q3 2013 to Rp 14,166 billion in Q3 2014. Management Trainee

Requirements

• Maximum age of 30 years old by 31 May 2015.
• Minimum requirements of an Undergraduate (S1) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering.

Trainee

Requirements

• Maximum age of 24 years old by 31 May 2015.
• Minimum requirements of an Associate (D3) degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation.

General Requirements

1. Minimum GPA of 3.00.
2. English literacy, spoken and written.
3. Willing to be assigned in all Indocement's operation unit.
4. Passed in all selection process conducted by Indocement.
