PT Pelayanan Listrik Nasional Batam - PLN Batam or later known as Bright PLN Batam is a reputable electricity company in Indonesia. Since its founding in 2000, Bright PLN Batam has specializing in providing electricity solutions in Batam island and its surrounding areas, inclusing plants, transmission, distribution and customer services. Bright PLN Batam is a subsidiary company of state-owned electricity firm PT PLN (Persero). Bright PLN Batam was 99.99 percent owned by PT PLN (Persero) and 0.01 percent owned by YPK PLN as of 31 December 2013. Bright PLN Batam showed a strong performance in 2013 and recorded a growth of 14.30% in total revenues amounted to Rp2,174 billion over the previous year. - Maximum age of 45 years old.

- Kompetenal level : System-Optimization.
- Attach a copy of the last SK.
- Work experience of at least 5 years.
- Employees must meet minimum criteria Potential talents (POT) 3 final semester.
- Attach a curriculum vitae (SAP/SIPEG version).
- Experience in PLN attached with SK directors.
- Submit a letter of application to join the fit and proper test approved by the General Manager / Head of the Division of Local Unit / HR Director (for subsidiaries).
- Make the concept work program a maximum of 12 pages of A4 as presented.
- Make a power point presentation.
