- Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Computer Engineering, Informatic Engineering, Informatic Management, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in the related field, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, including meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Good level in English, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
