PT Asuransi Jiwa InHealth Indonesia - InHealth or later known as Mandiri Inhealth is a fast growing and reputable health insurance providers in Indonesia. Mandiri Inhealth is a subsidiary company of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (Bank Mandiri Group), the country's strongest state-owned financial institution. On May 2014, Bank Mandiri Group officially acquired PT Asuransi Jiwa InHealth Indonesia with ownership of 60%. The remaining 44% interest in Mandiri Inhealth is owned by BPJS Kesehatan, 20%; PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk, 10%; and PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero), 10%. As of December 2013, Mandiri Inhealth now has 12 marketing offices, and 49 services offices spread in all over Indonesia. Mandiri Inhealth maintain consistency in making positive performance. Total asset in 2014 reached Rp 1,779.15 billion with 16.33% increase compared to 2013 which was Rp 1,529.36 billion. Total net profit in 2014 amounted to Rp 202.72 billion, or a growth of 69.04% from Rp 119.91 billion in 2013.
