Penyelia (Level Supervisor)

1. Micro Cluster Manager (Position Code : CM)
2. Micro Unit Manager (Position Code : UM)
3. Cluster Collection Officer (Position Code : CCO)
4. Cluster Financing Officer (Position Code : CFO)

Specific requirements for supervisor level

• Male or Female, with a maximum age of 35 years old (UM, CCO, and CFO), and 40 years old (CM).
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in same position in the field of finance/financing, such as BPR/BPR Syariah, banking, leasing, financial institution, and saving and loan cooperative (KSP).
• Strong knowledge of collection and litigation (CCO). 
• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis (CFO).
• Open promotion opportunities for candidates with minimum 3 years of experience as Sales / Collection / Analyst (UM, CCO and CFO) and minimum 2 years of experience as Unit Head (CM).
• Strong knowledge of micro banking business, financing analysis and collateral valuation.
• Possess good leadership and managerial skills as well as financing decisions (CM and UM).
• Love a challenge and able to work with the target (CM and UM).
• Good looking, confident, and possess excellent communication skills (CM and UM).

Staff (Level Staff)

1. Unit Financing Analyst (Position Code : UFA)
2. Micro Collection (Position Code : MC)
3. Micro Sales (Position Code : MS)

Specific requirements for staff level

• Male or Female, with a maximum age of 30 years old (UFA, MC, and MS).
• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in same position in the field of finance/financing, such as BPR/BPR Syariah, banking, leasing, financial institution, and saving and loan cooperative/KSP (MC and MS).
• Wide understanding on collection (MC).
• Have a basic knowledge of micro banking business.
• Love a challenge and able to work with the target (MS).
• Good looking, confident, and possess excellent communication skills (MS).

General Requirements for Staff and Supervisor

1. Have a wide business networking.
2. Able to work using computer especially Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
3. Able to work in a team.
4. Have a personal vehicle (motorcycle) and driving license class C (SIM C).
5. Do not have a family relationship with the employees and board directors of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk.
6. Placement at Malang, Batu, and Pasuruan.
