PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk - BNI or more popularly called Bank BNI is the third largest state-owned banks in Indonesia in term of total assets after Bank Mandiri and Bank BRI. According to Bank BNI Analyst Meeting Financial Performance
FY-2014 (published on 29 January 2015) as quoted by JobsCDC.com, Bank BNI posted total assets of Rp 416.57 trillion at the end of 2014.
This reflected an 7.7 percent increase compared to Rp 386.65 trillion
in 2013. Bank BNI is a publicly listed bank and its shares are traded in the Stock Exchange (IDX) under reference code BBNI. At present, Bank BNI is 60% owned by the Government of Indonesia. Other 40% remaining shares was by the public. As of December 2014, Bank BNI has 1,760 outlets throughout Indonesia, consists of 15 regional offices, 168 branch offices, 912 sub branch offices, 495 cash offices, 92 payment points, and 78 cash mobile units.

Officer Development Program (ODP)
Requirements
- Graduated from S1/S2 from respectable universities, majoring in Economic, Business, Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemical, Agriculture, Fisheries, Forestry, Animal Husbandry.
- Strong academic results : GPA min. 2.75 for (for S1 PTN) or 3.00 (for S1 PTS) and 3.25 (for S2) within 4.00 scales.
- Maximum age of 26 years old for S1 and 28 years old S2.
- Able to communicate in English and computer literate (MS Office).
- Have a good analytical skills.
- Placement : NAD, North Sumatera, West Sumatera, Denpasar, Banjarmasin, South Sulawesi, North Sulawesi, Papua.
Requirements
- Graduated from S1/S2 from respectable universities, majoring in Law.
- Strong academic results : GPA min. 2.75 for (for S1 PTN) or 3.00 (for S1 PTS) and 3.25 (for S2) within 4.00 scales.
- Maximum age of 26 years old for S1 and 28 years old S2.
- Have a good analytical skills.
- Placement in all regional office of BNI throughout Indonesia.

- IT Security Officer
Requirements
- Graduated from S1/S2 from respectable universities, majoring in Computer Engineering, Electro Engineering, Statistics, Electronics, Computer Sciencem Informatics Engineering, Information System, Industrial Engineering, Physcis Engineering, and Mathematics.
- Strong academic results : GPA min. 2.75 for (for S1 PTN) or 3.00 (for S1 PTS) and 3.25 (for S2) within 4.00 scales.
- Maximum age of 26 years old for S1 and 28 years old S2.
- Have a good analytical skills.
- Placement at Jakarta.
