As of 31 March 2015, Ooredoo Group - through its affiliate Ooredoo Asia Pacific Pte Ltd - holds 65% shares in Indosat. Other remaining shares in Indosat was owned by the Government of Indonesia, 14.29%; Skagen AS entities, 5.49%; and Public, 15.29%. Based in Jakarta, Indosat now has 107 Galeri Indosat, 45 Griya Indosat and 115 Kilat Service centers spread in all over Indonesia. In terms of financial performance, the mobile phone operator has a stable financial performance in 2014. Indosat managed to increase its total revenues by 0.97%, from Rp. 24,885.27 billion in 2013 to Rp 24,085.01 billion in 2014, according to Indosat Annual Report 2014 as quoted by JobsCDC.com.

Requirements
Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Engineering or Management background from reputable university.
More than 2 years of experience in the field of compliance and business process.Previous experience in financial services or telecommunication company at the same level for at least 2 - 3 years.
Proven experience in maintaining compliance and process.
Strong knowledge of e-money regulation and implementation.
A solid understanding in the business process.
Have a good analytical and creative problem solving skills.
Possess excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills.
Proficiency in English language both verbal and written.
