KPC is based in Sangatta East Kutai and now operates approximately 90,938 hectares of coal mining concessions in Sangatta and Bengalon of East Kutai Regency at the East Kalimantan Province. In terms of operational performance, PT Kaltim Prima Coal has shown significant performance improvements in 2013. KPC was able to expand total coal production by 29.5% from41.3 million tonnes in 2012 to 53,5 million tonnes in 2013, according to PT Bumi Resources Tbk Annual Report 2013 as cited by JobsCDC.com.

Engineer - Geotechnical

Requirements

• Graduate Geology Engineering, Mining Engineering from a reputable university.
• At least 3 years of experience in Geotechnical will be highly prioritized.
• Have a  basic knowledge of mine geotechnical process.
• Able to use computer especially Microsoft Windows, Excel & Word. 
• Familiar with geothecnical software.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal in both Bahasa and English (written & oral) .
• Commitment to KPC safety and environment regulations.
