Staf SDM (SDM)

Requirements

• Minimum S1 in Psychology.
• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• Able to perform psychological test administration, absenteeism, overtime, etc.

Staf IT (IT)

Requirements

• Minimum S1 in Informatics/Computer.
• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• Able to perform network troubleshooting and installation of software and hardware.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field.

Staf Legal (LGL)

Requirements

• Minimum S1 in Law.
• Maximum age of 32 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal staff at banking/financial institutions.

Analis Pembiayaan Unit (APU)

Requirements

• Minimum D3 in all majors.
• Maximum age of 32 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as credit analyst at micro finance intitutions/financial institutions.

Marketing Unit (MKU)

Requirements

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Maximum age of 30 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as sales at consumer goods/automotive/pharmaceutical company.

Kolektor Unit (KLU)

Requirements

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Maximum age of 30 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as collector at Banking/micro finance institutions.

Operasional Unit (OPU)

Requirements

• Minimum D1 Accounting/Finance.
• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as staff (finance/credit) at banking/financial institutions.

Kasir Unit (KSU)

Requirements

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Maximum age of 22 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as cashier/teller at at banking/financial institutions.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
