As of December 2014, PT Pertamina Retail is 99.9972% owned by PT Pertamina (Persero) and 0.0025% owned by PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental (PTK). Pertamina Retail running business in retail public fuel filling station (SPBU), fuel trade and fuel transportation services. Pertamina Retail is based in Jakarta and now manages 98 SPBU, 31 transportable fueling stations (SPUB-T), and 201 Bright Outlets spread in 8 regional offices spread in all over Indonesia. In terms of financial positions, Pertamina Retail continuously shows superior performance with net profit growth of 66.56% year-on-year (YOY).
