Requirements

• Minimum S1/S2 from a reputable university (last semester students are welcome to apply) majoring in any field, except Teacher Training, Arts, Literature / Culture, Philosophy, Public Health and Nursing.
• Involved actively in both academic and non academic activity student organization.
• Strong academic results with the minimum GPA of 3.00 (S1) and 3.20 (S2) within 4.00 scales.
• Good command of spoken and written in English.
• Single, with the maximum age of 27 years old at initiall selection.
• Energetic, confident and excellent communication ksill.
• High motivation and love challenges.
• Willing not to get married during the ODP training period.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
• Computer literate, minimum MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
• Never participated in the selection process at Mandiri Syariah in the last 6 months.
