PT Indofood Fritolay Makmur - IFM or latter known as Indofood Fritolay is a foremost snack foods producers in Indonesia with majority share holder by  PT Indofood CPB Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP). PT Indofood Fritolay Makmur is a joint venture company between ICBP with PepsiCo's affiliate company Seven-Up. At present, ICBP holds 51% shares in IFM.
