PT Yodya Karya (Persero) - Yodya Karya or later known as YOKA is a foremost state-owned consulting service company in Indonesia. YOKA was formerly known as Naamloze Vennootschap Job en Sprey (NV Job & Sprey), as Dutch company which was founded by Mr Sprey in 1948. In 1958, PN Yodya Karya was launched as the nationalization results of NV Job & Sprey. The name PT Yodya Karya (Persero) was established in 1972. YOKA now supported by 5 regional offices and 5 branches spread in all over Indonesia. YOKA also supported by 3 division units, namely Engineering Division, Building Division, and PLKP Division. In terms of financial performance, YOKA booked total contract value of Rp 222.92 billion in 2011, an 36.60% increase from Rp 163.18 billion in 2010. General Requirements

• Male or Female, not exceed 27 years of age.
• Minimum education
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) majoring in Accounting (1).
• Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Civil Engineering - Irrigation (2)
• Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Civil Engineering - Road & Rail (3).
• Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Psychology - Industrial (4).
• Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Architecture (5).
• Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Mechanical Engineering (6).
• Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Electro Engineering (7).
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) majoring in Architecture, Civil Engineering (8).
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electro Engineering (9).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field will be higly prioritized.
• Operating knowledge of Accounting softwares (1).
• Ready to work hard and be able to work in teams.
• Responsible for the work.
• English literacy (active and passive).
• Preferably have SKA (2, 3).
• Possess certification SKA Madya/Utama (5).
• Possess certification SKA with minimum 2 years of experience in the related field (6, 7, 8, 9).
