Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan - BPJS Ketenagakerjaan or commonly known as BPJS TK is the social security management agency of Indonesia and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan was formed to organize the social security workforce in Indonesia, including occupational accident, pension, old-age risk and death benefit schemes. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan was formerly known as JAMSOSTEK or PT Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (Persero), a state-owned social security workforce company in Indonesia. The name BPJS Ketenagakerjaan was established in 2014. In term of office networks, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan now supported by 121 branches spread in 11 regional offices throughout Indonesia. Marketing Strategy (MAR)

Requirements

• Minimum education of Post Graduate Degree (S2) in the field of  Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, and has an Undergraduate (S1) background in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing.
• Operating knowledge of statistic application will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of data mining.

Perencanaan Strategis (REN)

Requirements

• Minimum education of Post Graduate Degree (S2) in the field of  Operation Management, Organization Development, Marketing, Strategic, Statistics, and has an Undergraduate (S1) background in Engineering, Management, Psychology, Law and Mathematics.
• Operating knowledge of statistic and business process management applications will be an advantage.

Pengembangan Kompetensi (KOM)

Requirements

• Minimum education of Post Graduate Degree (S2) in the field of Profession Psychologist, Applied Psychology (Psychometric), and has an Undergraduate (S1) background in Psychology.
• Able to design assesment tools and conduct assessment will be an extra advantage.

General Requirements

1. Derived from an accredited university at least B.
2. Minimum S2 GPA of 3.00 with the minimum S1 GPA of 3.00 (on a 4-point scale);
3. Not exceed 29 years of age by 31 December 2015;
4. Single/not married;
5. Not a Child, Sibling, Brother brother in law of the Active Employee of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan;
6. Good computer skill, minimum MS Office and MS Excel;
7. Possess excellent communication skill;
8. Experienced in similar job title will be an extra advantage;
9. Would be placed in all working area of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan;
10. Willing to undergo working bond during the first 2 years of employment;
11. Willing not to get married during the first year of bond period.
