- Education background
- Minimum Junior High School/SMP (Code : 001).
- S1 with relevant experience in the field of community empowerement program at least 2 years or D3 with relevant experience in the field of community empowerement program at least 4 years (Code : 002).
- S1 with relevant experience in the field of community empowerement program at least 4 years or D3 with relevant experience in the field of community empowerement program at least 6 years (Code : 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007 and 008).
- Background in D3 and S1 in all disciplines, (except 007 from D3/S1 Civil Engineering).
- Age
- Age around 25-45 years old (Code : 001).
- Maximum age of 45 years old when registering (Code : 002).
- Maximum age of 50 years old when registering (Code : 003, 004, 005, 006, 007 and 008).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to facilitate and work together as a team.
- Able to reside in a location assignment.
- Preferably from the local district residents and living in same district as work location (Code : 001).
