Requirements

• Male / Female age min 22 years and max 35 years old.
• Domiciled in East Java.
• Minimum education of D3/S1 from all the majors.
• Have solid academic knowledge in the field of cooperatives.
• Have high integrity and dedication.
• Not being a member / official of political party.
• Not as a member of the legislative, executive / civil servants, and the judiciary.
• Willing to comply with regulations / provisions in force within the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs (DISKOP UMKM) in East Java province. 

Application should contains the below documents :

1. Curriculum Vitae (CV);
2. Copy of ID Card (1 sheet);
3. Authenticated  Copy of educational certificate (1 sheet);
4. Recent color photograph 4x6 (1 sheet);
5. Medical certificate (if already been accepted);
6. SKCK (if already been accepted);
7. Affidavit : not members/official of one of the political parties (stamped Rp 6,000);
8. Affidavit : not members of the legislative, executive / civil servants, and the judiciary (stamped Rp 6,000);
9. Affidavit : ability to become Tenaga Pendamping at the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs East Java province (stamped Rp 6,000);
10. Affidavit : ability to comply with regulations / provisions in force within the Department of Cooperatives SMEs East Java Province (stamped Rp 6,000).
