Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Generasi Sehat dan Cerdas - PNPM Generasi is a part of the National Community Empowerment Program Mandiri (PNPM Mandiri) which designed to address 3 lagging Millennium Development Goals (MDG): Maternal Health, Child Health, and Universal Education. PNPM Mandiri is a government program focusing on community's capacity building with main tasks to alleviate the poverty in Indonesia. PNPM Mandiri is recognized as the largest poverty reduction programs in the world based on community empowerment. PNPM Generasi was begun in 2007 and initially started in 5 provinces, namely West Java, East Java, North Sulawesi, Gorontalo, and East Nusa Tenggara. The main objectives of PNPM Generasi are to improve the health of mothers and children under five, and to improve the education of children of school age to graduate Primary School (SD) and junior High School (SMP).

Due to strengthen its team, PNPM Generasi is looking for highly experienced Indonesian professional to join the team as follow

A. Consultants (Placement Jakarta)

1. Spesialis Pendidikan;
2. Spesialis Penanganan Pengaduan dan Masalah;
3. Spesialis Sosialisasi dan Komunikasi;
4. Senior Spesialis Manajemen Keuangan;
5. Spesialis Monitoring dan Evaluasi;
6. Junior Spesialis Pelatihan dan Peningkatan Kapasitas;
7. Junior Spesialis Bidang Perencanaan Pengembangan Proyek;
8. Staff Teknis Sekretariat.

A. Consultants (Placement in the Province)

1. Spesialis Generasi Provinsi;
2. Spesialis Management Information System Provinsi;
3. Spesialis Manajemen Keuangan Provinsi.

General Requirements

• Minimum education background of Bachelor Degree (S1) from all disciplines;
• Majoring in Education will be highly prioritized (A-1).
• Majoring in Law will be highly prioritized (A-2).
• Majoring in Communication Studies will be highly prioritized (A-3)
• Majoring in Economics (Accounting and/or Management) will be highly prioritized (A-4).
• From all disciplines (A-5 & A-6).
• From all disciplines (A7).
• From all disciplines (A8).
• Majoring in Economic, Management, Public Health and Basic Education will be highly prioritized (B-1).
• Majoring in Computer Science will be highly prioritized (B-2).
• Majoring in Economics (Accounting and/or Management) will be highly prioritized (B-3).
• Have relevant experience at least 7 years (Specialists) or 5 years (Junior Specialist) and 3 years (Technical Staff).
• Have worked on government programs that are directly related to community development or a similar program.
• Maximum age of 50 years old at the time of registration (Specialist and Junior Specialists).
