Junior Staf (Supporting & Bisnis)

Requirements
  • Age of candidate under 25 years old.
  • Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in all majors (except Health Sciences / Nursing, Literature, Arts, Education, Religious and Tourism).

Requirements

Team Leader UMKM

Requirements
  • Male/Female, age of candidate under 40 years old.
  • Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in all majors.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in micro banking with last position as Unit Manager / Sub Branch Manager / Team Leader in the field of micro-credit banking least 1 year.
  • Have attended training in Marketing / Sales Officer / Accounts Officer / Credit Analyst and Leadership.
Supervisor Collector & Recovery Mikro

Requirements
  • Male/Female, age of candidate under 45 years old.
  • Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in all majors.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in micro banking and have experience in the field of collection at least 2 years.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Team Leader/Supervisor Collection.
  • Have attended training as credit and collector will be highly prioritized.
General Requirements
  1. Neat and attractive appearance;
  2. Have an excellent health (physically and mentally) and drug free;
  3. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  4. Dynamic and have strong work motivation;
  5. Able to work individually and in a team;
  6. Good computer skill, minimum Microsoft Office;
  7. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
