LCP (Large Construction Project) Key Account
Location : Jakarta
Requirements
- Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in any discipline, preferably majoring in Civil Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in Construction Site, preferably 2-3 years of experience in selling building material products. Previous experience in managerial level will be highly prioritized.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Application, and SAP.
- Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
- Customer orientation - service and sales oriented
- Cost and result orientation
- Possess excellent communication skill - Good listener who is able to adjust to individual communication styles and partners, convincing and powerful assertiveness
- Demonstrated good negotiation and consulting skills.
- A team player and able to work with and in a multicultural team.
- Excellent ability to anticipate customer needs.
- Knowledge of the local market or connections to construction businesses will be highly prioritized.

Requirements
- Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in any discipline, preferably majoring in Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing, preferably 2 years of experience in similar position.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Application, and SAP.
- Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of construction industry and concrete technology.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Have a good reporting and presentation skills.
- Have a good problem solving skill.
- Ability for scheduling and organizing.
- Able to work under pressure and customer advice excellence.
- Target oriented and team player.
- Dynamic personality and willing to travel out of town.
- Have a good territorial knowledge of WEJ3 areas.
Location : Surabaya/Malang
Requirements
- Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in any discipline, preferably majoring in Civil Engineering.
- Technical expertise in concrete, precast, fiber cement, and AAC applications will be highly prioritized.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of technical at similar concrete or cement industry, preferably 1-2 years in selling building material products.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Application, and SAP.
- Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated.
- Demonstrated good technical and presentation skills.
- Possess excellent communication skill - Good listener who is able to adjust to individual communication styles and partners, convincing and powerful assertiveness, good negotiation and consulting abilities.
- Customer orientation (service and sales oriented), cost and result orientation.
- A team player and able to work with and in a multicultural team.
- Able to maintain professional interaction with customers.
- Knowledge of the local market or connections to regional construction businesses will be an advantage.
- Willing to travel within coverage and other areas.
- Willing to work with flexible working hour, in order to finish jobs assigned.

Requirements
