In term of financial positions, PT PLN (Persero) managed to strengthen its financial positions in 2014. According to PT PLN (Persero) Annual Report 2014 as quoted by JobsCDC.com, total net sales in 2014 rose by 5.89% to Rp 198.60 trillion compared to Rp 187.54 trillion in 2013. Total net profit in 2014 amounted to Rp 11.7 trillion, compared with loss of Rp 26.2 trillion in 2013.

In order to strengthen its business fundamentals, PT PLN (Persero) seeks extraordinarily talented individuals to fill the following positions

D3/D4/S1 General Recruitment Program PT PLN (Persero) 2015

Location: Bandar Lampung & Balikpapan
 

Education Background

1. Background in Bachelor Degree or equivalent (S1/D4), majoring in Electro Engineering Power Lines, Electricity Power System (Code: S1/ELE), Electronics, Instrumentation, Control (Code: S1/ALE), Mechanical Engineering (Code: S1/MES);
2. Background in Diploma Degree (D3), majoring in Electro Engineering Power Lines, Electricity Power System (Code: D3/ELE), Informatics Engineering (Code: D3/INF), Accounting (Code : D3/AKT);Financial Management (Code : D3/KEU), Marketing Management, Commerce Administration, Business Administration, Office Administration (D3/MAN).

General Requirements

• Satisfactory academic results with GPA ≥ 3.00 (D.III/INF, D.III/KEU, D.III/AKT, D.III/MAN) or GPA ≥ 2.75 (S1/ELE, S1/ALE, S1/MES, D.III/ELE).
• Single/not married and willing not to get married during the "Diklat Prajabatan" training program.
• Preferably Male with age limit:
• S1/D4 : Birth in 1989 and thereafter.
• D3 : Birth in 1991 and thereafter.

Application should contains the below documents :

1. Application letter and addressed to PT PLN (Persero) c.q. Kepala Divisi Pengembangan SDM dan Talenta;
2. Curriculum Vitae (CV);
3. Copy of Birth Certificate/Akte Kelahiran (can be followed at the time of the interview);
4. Authenticated copies of educational diploma or temporary degree verification statements (SKL);
5. Authenticated copies of latest educational transcript;
6. Copy of Resident Identity Card (KTP);
7. Current color photograph 3x4 (2 sheets, please write your name in the back side of photographs);
8. For cross channel applicants (D3 graduates which continue to D4 / S1), must attach additional documents : authenticated copies of D3 certifications and transcripts;
9. For applicants who are completing the final project / thesis with the graduation requirement at the latest November 2015 are welcome to apply. Please bring your final project/thesis certificate when applying.
