PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) - Pupuk Indonesia or known as Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company (PIHC) is the country's strongest fertilized producers with total fertilizer production of 11.26 million tons at the end of 2014. Headquartered in Jakarta, PIHC now has 14 Urea Plants and 13 Ammonia Plants throughout Indonesia.  PIHC's business activities are operated by 9 subsidiary companies; namely PT Petrokimia Gresik (99.9%), PT Pupuk Kujang (99.9%), PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (99.9%),  PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda (99.9%), PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (99.9%), PT Rekayasa Industri (90.06%), PT Pupuk Indonesia Logistik (97.0%), PT Mega Eltra (98.73%) and PT Pupuk Indonesia Energi (50.0%). In term of financial performance, PIHC closed the business year of 2014 with a positive result. Total revenue climbed 14.73% percent to Rp 64,617.20 billion from Rp 56,320.23 billion at the end of 2013. PIHC recorded a growth of 44.84% in total current year comprehensive in 2014 profit amounted to Rp 5,065.71 billion over the previous year.

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in one of these majors

1. UI : Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electro Engineering, Accounting and Law (Public/Private/Business).
2. IPB : Management, Agribusiness/Agronomy/Socio-Economic Agriculture, Soil Science, Business Administration.
3. ITB : Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electro Engineering, Physics Engineering, Material Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Electro Telecommunication Engineering.
4. UNPAD : Accounting, Management,  Law (Public/Private/Business), Agribusiness/Agronomy/Socio-Economic Agriculture, Business Administration, Communication Studies.
5. UGM : Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro Engineering, Physics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Accounting, Management, Law (Public/Private/Business), Agribusiness/Agronomy/Socio-Economic Agriculture, Soil Science, Communication Studies.
6. UNAIR : Accounting, Management,  Law (Public/Private/Business), and Communication Studies.
7. ITS :  Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electro Engineering, Physics Engineering, Material Engineering, Informatics Engineering, and Civil Engineering.
8. UB : Mechanical Engineering, Electro Engineering, Accounting, Management,  Law (Public/Private/Business), Agribusiness/Agronomy/Socio-Economic Agriculture, and Business Administration.

• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4-point scale).
• Not more than 26 years old.
• TOEFL score ≥ 450.
• Living a healthy life and not smokers
• Willing to be stationed in all working unit of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero).
• Able to work in a team.
• Good personality and excellent communication skill.

ITS : Please register yourself and apply directly through SAC's system http://sac.its.ac.id and then submit the proof of registration along with authenticated copies of Degree certifications/SKL and transcripts not later than 27 August 2015, 15:00 WIB to Bagian Validasi PPK/SAC Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya.
