PT Saptaindra Sejati - SIS is Jakarta based mining company in Indonesia with core business in coal mining and hauling contractor services. PT Saptaindra Sejati is a subsidiary company of PT Adaro Energy Tbk (Adaro Group), one of the largest public-listed coal mining companies in Indonesia. Originally registered as a subcontractor for heavy equipment company named PT Dianlia Setyamukti in 1991. The name PT Saptaindra Sejati was established in 2002. As of December 2014, PT Saptaindra Sejati supported by 1,300 heavy equipment units, including 250-tonne haul trucks and 400-tonne excavators. PT Saptaindra Sejati has recorded a significant growth and satisfactory performace in 2014. According to Adaro Group Annual Report 2014 as quoted by JobsCDC.com, PT Saptaindra Sejati reported total overburden removal of 173.9 Mbcm in 2014. This reflected an 1.94% increased from 163.5 Mbcm in the previous year. While total coal production rose 9.4% to 30.5 Mt from 27.8 Mt in 2013.
In order to strengthen its business fundamentals, PT Saptaindra Sejati is looking for highly experienced Indonesian professional to join the team as follows
Requirements :
- Not more than 35 years old.
- Background in Diploma / Bachelor degree (D3/S1) related to each position.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in open pit coal mining area as a Group Leader.
- Possess certification second class blasting and POP License.
- Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ.
- Willing to be based in all over SIS site project.
Requirements :
- Not more than 35 years old.
- Background in Diploma Degree (D3) from any field, preferably majoring in Management (GPA: 2,75 ~ up).
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in the field of training development and recruitment.
- Active in English and able to operate computer (MS Office)
- Physically and mentally fit.
- Willing to be based in all over SIS site project.
Requirements :
- Not more than 35 years old.
- Background in Diploma / Bachelor degree (D3/S1) in Accounting (GPA: 2,75 ~ up).
- Minimum 1 - 5 years experience of as Accounting Officer / Senior Officer / Tax Officer / Budget Officer.
- Active in English and able to operate computer (MS Office)
- Physically and mentally fit.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta (Head Office).
Requirements :
- Not more than 35 years old.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in mining company as a mechanic instructor.
- Possess certification Training For Trainer (TFT) and Basic Mechanical Course (BMC).
- Able to teach (in-class & field practical)
- Able to work in a team.
- Strong communication skill.
- Willing to be based in all over SIS site project.
Requirements :
- Not more than 35 years old.
- Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Statistics, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering from ITB, Undip, UI, UGM, IPB (GPA: 3 ~ up).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mining industry.
- Active in English and able to operate computer (MS Office).
- Physically and mentally fit.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta (Head Office).
Requirements :
- Not more than 35 years old.
- Background in Diploma / Bachelor degree (D3/S1) in Mining.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in mining industry as a mine engineer.
- Have a POP License will be an asset.
- Technical skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
- Active in English and able to operate computer (MS Office).
- Willing to be based in all over SIS site project.
Requirements :
- Not more than 45 years old.
- Background in Diploma / Bachelor degree (D3/S1) in Civil Engineering (GPA: 2,75 ~ up).
- Minimum 4 years experience in mining industry as a Civil Engineer.
- Technical skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Civil 3D will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
- Active in English and able to operate computer (MS Office).
- Physically and mentally fit.
- Willing to be placed in site project at Paringin South Kalimantan.
