PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) - SMI or later known as PT SMI (Persero) is an infrastructure financing company in Indonesia and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia (represented by the Ministry of Finance). PT SMI (Persero) has strong focuses on 3 business pillars, namely Financing & Investment, Advisory, and Project Development. PT SMI (Persero) was founded by the Government of Indonesia in 2009 as the catalyst for better Indonesia infrastructure. Based in Jakarta, the Company now has 1 key subsidiary company, namely PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF). PT SMI (Persero) managed to strengthen its financial position in 2014. Total net profit rose by18.09% to Rp 244.6 billion compared to Rp 207.2 billion in 2013. Total loan (including subordinated loan) grew by 29.95% from Rp 5,061 billion in 2013 to Rp 6,557 billion in 2014, according to PT SMI (Persero) Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com.

Procurement Project Staff
Requirements
- Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering from a leading university.
- At least 3 years of experience in Infrastucture/government projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience in government procurement and international procurement best practice, especially to handle procurement for consultant servies.
- Possess certification national procurement expert is a plus.
- Involved in procurement process of international consultant services.
- Strong knowledge and good understanding about infrastructure projects in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge and good understanding about Public Private Partnership.
- Able to work in a team and individually.
- Good Microsoft Office skill.
- Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written) is a must.
Requirements
- Not over 30 years of age
- Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law, Management or equivalent from a leading university.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position.
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulation (UU No 13/2003).
- Strong knowledge and experience in developing and applying Human Resource (HR) strategy, government regulation and HR procedures.
- Strong knowledge and experience related with industrial relation, organizational development and updated Industrial relation concept and issues.
- Experience in analyzing and dealing with the impact of Government Laws and Regulation to the company policies and procedures.
- Experience in managing and reviewing the implementations of Industrial Relations policies and procedures consistently.
- Experience in managing disputes in industrial relation in order to make mutual and harmonious relationships between company, government and employees.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Hard working, detailed, fast learning and excellent interpersonal skills.
- A team player and able to work under pressure.
- Good computer skill, minimum Microsoft Office.
- Good communication in English (verbal and written).
Requirements
- Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) or Post Graduate Degree (S2) in Finance, Economic, Management from a leading university.
- At least 2 years of experience at banking/investment/financial institutions in similar position.
- Strong knowledge and good understanding about financial statements.
- Good skills and experience to prepare financial projections.
- Strong knowledge and ability related with business models of infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge and good understanding about infrastructure projects in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge and good understanding about Public Private Partnership.
- Able to work in a team and individually.
- Good Microsoft Office skill.
- Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written) is a must.
Requirements
- Not over 35 years of age
- Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering, Finance from a leading university.
- At least 10 years of experience as project manager in Government project or infrastructure consultant.
- Strong knowledge and experience to manage, coordination, and monitoring risk register and job report from external consultant/experts staff.
- Strong knowledge and experience in government procurement and international procurement best practice.
- Experience to handle project administration, budgeting and financial reporting.
- Have experience and good understanding of Government birocration and regulation for infrastructure projects.
- Have experience and expertise in the preparation and implementation of the system design and project management.
- Strong knowledge and experience of resource management.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructre development in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge and experience in designing a system of monitoring and evaluation of infrastructure project.
- Have a good leadership development program and assessment is favorable.
- Good computer skill (Microsft Office, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel).
- Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written) is a must.
