PT Bank BCA Syariah - BCAS or later known as BCA Syariah is a sharia banking subsidiary company of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA Group), the largest privately-owned banks in Indonesia. At present, 99.9997% of its shares are held by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, and 0.00003% remaining shares by PT BCA Finance. BCA Syariah started its commercial operations in 1990, as a small size conventional bank named Bank UIB. In 2009, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk acquired Bank UIB and converted into sharia bank in 2010 under the name of PT Bank BCA Syariah. Until the end of 2014, BCA Syariah has been operating in 45 office networks throughout Indonesia, comprising 8 branches, 2 sub branches, 4 micro sub branches (KCP BUR), 8 micro functional offices (KF BUR) and 23 sharia service units. - Candidate must possess education at least Bachelor Degree (S1) all majors.
- Maximum age of 33 years old.
- Minimum 3 years of banking experience in the field of product development or system and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of banking procedures and financing.
- Good team work and able to think logically and analytically.
- Possess excellent interpersonal relationship, negotiation and communication skills.
