General Requirements

• Maximum age of 25 years old.
• Have a bachelor degree in any field with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 2.75 out of 4.0 scale.
• Strong analytical skill.
• Excellent in both interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong desire of achievement, detailed and meticulous.
• Placement in the Branch Office or Regional Offices.
• Willing not to get married during the education training period (approximately 1 year).
• Willing to undergo a bond for 2 years after education training period.
