According to Bank Mandiri Q2 2015 Analyst Meeting as cited by JobsCDC.com, Bank Mandiri posted an increase of 2.7% in total net income after tax from Rp 9,585 billion in 1H 2014 to Rp 9,924 billion in 1H 2015. Total operating income amounted to Rp 30,785 billion in 1H 2015, which represented an increase of 15.7% over total operating income recorded in 1H 2014 of Rp 27,157 billion.

Requirements
- Minimum education S1 majoring in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design.
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 grade scale.
- Maximum age 23 years for fresh graduates and 25 years for candidates with relevant work experience minimum 2 years.
- Single.
- Does not have a nuclear family that worked in Bank Mandiri.
- Have excellent skill in operating Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other similar design applications.
