Requirements

• Minimum education of a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management with the minimum GPA of 3.00.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of training / HRD.
• able to make the process of training needs analysis, KPI, job analysis, etc.
• Placement at Waru-Sidoarjo, Kediri.
