PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk - Sampoerna or commonly abbreviated as PT HM Sampoerna Tbk (IDX code : HMSP) is the Country's largest tobacco producers as its controls about 34.9% of the Indonesian tobacco market. PT HM Sampoerna Tbk is a public listed company with majority share holder by Philip Morris International Inc (PMI), an international cigarette and tobacco giant with controls about 15.6% of the global cigarette market. At present, 97.95% of its shares are held by PMI through PT Phillip Morris Indonesia, and 2.05% remaining shares by public shareholders. The Company is based in Surabaya East Java and also has a corporate office in Jakarta. Nowadays, HM Sampoerna has 9 cigarette production factories (2 machine-made factories, 7 handrolled kretek factories) in East Java (Surabaya, Pasuruan, Malang, and Probolinggo) and West Java (Karawang). The Company also supported by 38 third-party operators (TPO) and 105 sales offices across Indonesia. PT HM Sampoerna Tbk managed to strengthen its financial performance in the first semester of 2015 (ended in 30 June 2015). According to PT HM Sampoerna Tbk Financial Statement 30 June 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, total net revenues rose by 11.89% to Rp 43,742.57 billion compared to Rp 39,093.54 billion in the first semester of 2014.

Requirements
- Background in Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably major in Communications, Journalisms or other Social Science related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of communication or other related areas.
- Speak, articulate and have excellent written communication and editorial skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent project management skills (maintains constant communication with colleagues across the department, adheres to deadlines, etc.)
- Demonstrated good presentation skills (possesses ability to make different audiences understand complex ideas/concepts and speak confidently).
- Broad knowledge about Media.
- Good computer literacy (Words, Excel & Power Point) and Technology Savvy (internet usage & social media).
