- Undergraduate Degree (S1) in any Engineering or Technical discipline from reputable university.
- Have experience in production process or quality management.
- Previous exposures in complex environment.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision.
- A team player, smart worker, proactive, and highly motivated.
- Have a good designing and planning experiment skills.
- Demonstrated good report writing and presentation skills
