Chief Security
Requirements:
Requirements:
- Have a Law degree and experience with security/intelligence agency with most of time to dealt with community will be highly prioritized.
- Not over 45 years of age
- At least 5 years of experiences as Chief Security.
- Experienced to manage the large scale of Security organization
- Strong understanding of general law, and able to share law knowledge to employee.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV system, and responsive to the safety and Fire procedures, and ensure the safety of the properties, staffs and guests.
- Ever worked as unity of TNI / POLRI, and also has the ability to martial arts (is preferred).
- Decisive, authoritative, having the ability to lead and skill to solve the problem as well as acting as powerful team player
- Good managerial skill, innovative, methodical person and able to manage security group by introducing management indicators/parameters.
- Proactive, and familiar working with targets.
- Able to work in minimum supervision.
- Assignment and placement in Tanjung Batu, Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
Environmental Sr. Supervisor

- At least 6 years of experience in the field of environmental management.
- Willing to work extended hours and to work outside office hour in the case of an emergency.

Legal Manager

- Able to read the drawing part.

Project Engineer

- At least 3 years of experience as Project Engineer.
- Proven track record of performing a Project Engineers role in projects in the Mineral Sector that also encompasses a multi-cultural workforce with the use of International Subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction management principles and practices. Must possess an in depth knowledge of the Engineering and Design process as well as extensive experience in construction methods.
- Willing to work extended hours to meet with Project deadlines.
- Willing to work onsite in extreme remote areas with limited facilities.
- Able to work in multitasking (project engineering, scheduling, budgeting, etc).
- Able to supervise and evaluate the work of subordinates.

Project Planner

- At least 3 years of experience as Planner/Scheduler.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in project control and scheduling.

- Familiar with project management and project resources (Labour, Material and Plant).
- Able to evaluate program effectiveness and have a strong communication skill.
- Able to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control mechanism.
- Operating knowledge of Primavera Project Planner (P3) and associated software and demonstrated competence in producing effectively formatted schedules and reports.
- Willing to work extended hours as required.

QA/QC Engineer

- Strong understanding of all Engineering & Construction disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Piping, Structural, Mechanical, etc.).
- Fluent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.
- Willing to work overtime on a regular basis.
- Assignment and placement in Kalimantan.
Quantity Surveyor

- Willing to be placed in all project site (assignment and placement in Central Kalimantan).
Senior Operations Manager
