PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) - PLN or commonly abbreviated as PT PLN (Persero) is the national electricity power company of Indonesia, based in Jakarta. PT PLN (Persero) was formed by the Government of Indonesia to fulfilling the demand of electricity for all segments of society in all over Indonesia. PT PLN (Persero) running business in integrated electricity services, including generation, distribution, transmission and other electricity related services.  PLN’s 2014 performance resulted in positive growth. As of December 2014, PT PLN (Persero) reported total electricity power production of 228.55 TWh.  In term of financial positions, PT PLN (Persero) successfully recorded its total net sales of Rp 198.60 trillion in 2014, an increase of 5.89% (yoy) from Rp 187.54 trillion in the previous year. Total net profit in 2014 amounted to Rp 11.7 trillion, compared with loss of Rp 26.2 trillion in 2013. This figures was stated by PLN in its Annual Report 2014 as quoted by JobsCDC.com.

Education Background
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent (S1/D4), majoring in one of these majors :
    1. Code S1/ELE : majoring in Electro Engineering, Power Lines, and Electricity Power System.
    2. Code S1/ALE : majoring in Weak currents, Electronics, Instrumentation, and Control.
    3. Code S1/MES : majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Diploma Degree (D3), majoring in one of these majors :
    1. Code D.III/ELE : majoring in Electro Engineering, Power Lines, and Electricity Power System.
    2. Code D.III/INF : majoring in Informatics Engineering.
    3. Code D.III/AKT : majoring in Accounting.
    4. Code D.III/KEU : majoring in Financial Management.
    5. Code D.III/MAN : majoring in Marketing Management, Commerce Administration, Business Administration and Office Administration.
    General Requirements
    • Single/not married and remain unmarried during the "Diklat Prajabatan" training program.
    • Preferably Male.
    • Age limit
      • S1/D4 : Birth in 1989 and thereafter.
      • D3 : Birth in 1991 and thereafter.
    • Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) :
      • GPA ≥ 3.00 : D.III/INF, D.III/KEU, D.III/AKT, and D.III/MAN.
      • GPA ≥ 2.75 : S1/ELE, S1/ALE, S1/MES, and D.III/ELE.
      Required application documents:
        1. Cover letter (addressed to PT PLN (Persero) c.q. Kepala Divisi Pengembangan SDM dan Talenta);
        2. Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
        3. Copy of Birth Certificate/Akte Kelahiran (can be followed at the time of the interview);
        4. Legalized copy of educational diploma or temporary degree verification statements (SKL);
        5. Legalized copy of educational transcript;
        6. Copy of valid ID Card (KTP);
        7. Not married certificate from local village office.
        8. Current color photograph size 3x4 cm (2 sheets, please write your name in the back side of photographs).
        9. For cross channel applicants (D3 graduates which continue to D4 / S1), must attach additional documents :
          • Legalized copy of educational diploma (D3).
          • Legalized copy of educational transcript (D3).
