Graduate Trainee Program (GTP)
GTP is a structured 12-months training program at CCAI for young professional/fresh graduates to create dynamic, dedicated and responsive future leaders of CCAI. At present, CCAI are looking for GTP in following areas of choices:
- Sales
- Supply Chain
- Finance
- Human Resources
- Information Technology
- Business Services (Public Affairs & Communications, Logistics, Cold Drink Equipment Services)
Requirements
- Candidate holds at least a Bachelor Degree or Master Degree (S1/S2) from respectable universities with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 3.00 out of 4.0 scale.
- Fresh graduate or having maximum 1 year experience.
- Actively involved in organization or social activities.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Bahasa Indonesia and English).
- Willing to be assigned in all around Indonesia.
