- Minimum Diploma (D3) holder in Civil Engineering, Electro Engineering (Power Lines), Accounting, Taxation.
- Strong academic results: A minimum final GPA of 3.00 / 4.00.
- Preferably Male, minimum height of 160 cm.
- Not color blind.
- Adaptive nature, learner and persistent.
- Willing to be placed anywhere.
