Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah - LKPP is the National Public Procurement Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (abbreviated as NPPA). LKPP is an independent government agency in Indonesia that is involved in the field of public procurements. LKPP's main duties to implement the development and formulation of public procurement policies in Indonesia. According to LKPP's profile as cited by JobsCDC.com, LKPP initially founded as a second echelon working unit in The Ministry of National Development Planning / BAPPENAS named Pusat Pengembangan Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Publik (PPKPBJ) or the Center for Public Procurement Policy Development in 2005. LKPP was established as a separate legal entity in 2007 based on the Presidential Regulation No 106 of 2007. LKPP is based in Jakarta and its head office is registered at LKPP Building Kawasan Rasuna Epicentrum, Jl Epicentrum Tengah Lot 11 B, Jakarta Selatan 12940. At present, LKPP was lead by Agus Prabowo as the head of LKPP.

Requirements
- Minimal education D3 majoring in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electro Engineering, or other majors related to IT field.
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale.
- Strong understanding and operating knowledge of operating systems; Windows, Linux and Unix.
- Strong understanding of database applications; MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Able to install and operate the network.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Able to work in a team and under pressure.
- Willing to follow the rules that apply in LKPP.

- Good skill in English (active and passive).
- Have experience in develop and implement web-based software for at least 10 times.
- Good knowledge and strong understanding of Java or PHP web programming languages and other supporting web programming languages; html, xml, javascript, css.
- Preferably have strong knowledge of MVC concept using Play Framework, CodeIgniter Framework or Yii Framework.
- Good communication skill and able to work in a team.
