General Requirements

• Indonesian citizens (WNI).
• Have a good health (physically and mentally).
• Never undergone a criminal punishment for a crime.
• Minimum holds Bachelor Degree (S1) or equivalent.
• Maximum age of 50 years old for candidates from outside of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya and maximum age of 55 years old for candidates from PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya.
• Required experience for minimum 10 years in management level for candidates from PDAM throughout Indonesia or have work experience of at least 15 years in the management lever for candidates from non PDAM as evidenced by a certificate (reference) of the company with good ratings.
• Passess training in the management of drinking water inside or outside the country who have been accredited.
• Create and present proposals on the vision and mission of PDAM.
• Willing to work full-time and not working in the company outside of PDAM.
• Not tied to a family relationship with the Regional Head or Deputy Head of Surabaya or the Supervisory Board of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya or Directors PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya other to the third degree vertically or laterally, including son/daughter in law and sister/brother in law.
• Passed the fit and proper test conducted by a team of experts appointed by the Regional Head of Surabaya.
