PT Astra International Tbk - Daihatsu Sales Operation (DSO) or widely known as AI DSO is a reputable company in Indonesia with core business in automotive industry. Headquartered in Jakarta, The Company is a corporate operation of public-listed conglomerates PT Astra International Tbk (Astra Group) which specialize in sales and after sales of Daihatsu in Indonesia. Management Trainee Administration Head (MT - ADH)

Requriements

• Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) from a reputable universities, required with a concentration in Accounting, Management, Finance.
• Minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.75 on a 4-point scale.
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Strong interest in automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Strong leadership, high achiever and hard work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

Management Trainee Sales Supervisor (MT - SS)

Requriements

• Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) in any field from a reputable universities.
• Minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.75 on a 4-point scale.
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Strong leadership, high achiever.
• Strong passion in direct selling and hight interest in automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced in sales will be an advantage.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

Management Trainee Workshop Supervisor (MT - WSS)

Requriements

• Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) from a reputable universities, required with a concentration in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.75 on a 4-point scale.
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Strong interest in automotive industry and high interest in workshop area.
• Strong leadership, high achiever, hard work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
