- Minimal S1 in Civil Engineering / Architecture.
- Maximum age of 50 years old.
- At least 7 years experience in the field of construction / property.
- Good knowledge and strong understanding of MS Project
- Preferably certified Ahli K3 Umum.
- Able to control the implementation of the corresponding Master Schedule BMW K3 (Cost, Quality and Time).
Requirements
- Minimal S1 in Civil Engineering.
- Maximum age of 45 years old.
- At least 5 years experience in the field of construction.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Preferably possess certification in Ahli K3 Konstruksi & K3 umum.
- Able to control the implementation of the corresponding Master Schedule BMW K3 (Cost, Quality and Time)
- Able to estimate the cost (QS), field SAMEPI architects structure, MEP.
Requirements
- Minimum D3 in Civil Engineering.
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- At least 3 years of experience in the related field.
- Operating knowledge of AutoCAD 2D / 3D and Google sketch up.
